Q. How do I update my billing info?
A. You can update your details at any time by emailing us with your updated details.

Q. I need a replacement Tax Invoice how do I get one?
A. If you require a replacement please contact us. We will email you a replacement for free. If you require a hard copy a $10.00 AUD admin fee will be added to your account.

Q. How do I upgrade my web hosting account to a different plan?
A. You can upgrade at any time by contacting us with your request. It is free to upgrade and the only charge would be the price difference in the plan you upgrade to. The difference is calculated pro rata through to your renewal date.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept cheques, money orders, cash, bank transfers, Bartercard and payment by major credit cards via PayPal.

Q. How do I cancel an MGTEK service?
A. You can cancel any of our services by contacting us with your request. All requests require 30 days notice prior to renewal date. If notice is not given you will be subject to a pro rata rate admin fee.

Q. I didn’t get my welcome email or have since lost it how can I have it resent?
A. If you never received your welcome email, it’s because you signed up using a non-working email or your spam filter blocked it. Please check your spam folder, if it’s not there, make sure to whitelist info@mgtek.com.au before requesting it again.
If you need your welcome email resent, please send an email to info@mgtek.com.au saying your domain and that you would like your welcome email to be resent.

Q. I paid all the invoices that were due on my account why am I still suspended?
A. Your account will remain suspended, despite your balance, until you email info@mgtek.com.au saying the following: “Hello, my domain is yourdomain.com and I just paid all the invoices due on my account. However, I’m still suspended.” Once our billing department receives your correspondence, your site should be promptly unsuspended.

Q. Why was the order I placed marked as fraud?
A. A small percentage of mgtek.com.au’s orders are marked as fraud. Every now and then, we mark someone who is actually legitimate as fraud for one of many reasons.

Here are a few possibilities:

1. Your IP may have been too far of a distance from the listed address upon order.
2. The phone number we called to confirm may have been incorrect or was unanswered.
We apologize for any inconveniences. Don’t worry, if you’re who you say you are, your account will be setup.
